The Staff are very good

The Hotel is not really finished in some areas and also there are many things that need to be Snagged and fixed, there is a big ventilation problem in the main dining area and after dining each breakfast and dinner there is an odor of smoke on me through my clothes. For the price you pay one would not expect this problem. Book direct you will get a better deal as the prices on Booking , com don't include the taxes even thought they say total at the bottom of the prices there is another small print in light grey with 18.8% tax to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location was good and unbeatable, to the business park with easy access to a market and a convenience shop. There was Botticino very close to the hotel. I was here for 4 nights and ate at signature restaurant at ground floor. ...  

Spacious and clean room, well-appointed rooms.

Food. Quality of food was quite below par. I had Indian breakfast on both days of my stay. On both days, I got pathetic stuff. I also had food at a reception in one of your restaurants on level 4. Food quality was pedestrian to say the best. I also visited the Pondicherry cafe on ground level. The spread on the menu was very limited and not at all inviting.

as a Accor gold member the staff on the 14th floor were very good in the evening lounge

breakfast on the 14th floor had poor service. i would suggest that there should be self service on juices. When you ask for an apple juice they go away and make it !! not all customers want to wait 10/15 mins - a good bottled fruit juice is fine. the rest of the service at breakfast was also slow even when there were only 3 guests.

It is good-sized and top-notch with extra bed, good enough for celebrating anniversary.

Location: the hotel was not far from Mumbai whether for leisure or business reason, very good bars/restaurants, and the Mumbai suburbs Bandra. We visited Masala Library, based near the property.

The conditions of room are really good, I like the interrior design very much.

I always heard very loud voice from my neighbor, I guess those were two Amarican girls who lived in room 1424 and my room was 1422. They put on music, sang songs and chat very loudly even between 1:00am and 5:00am in the morning, I can clearly hear every single word from them. Of course it's their mistake, but I want to say the sound insulation of the wall especially the door between two rooms is really not good enough. I should have reported this to hotel.

Hotel was located perfectly for my business visit and provided an extremely comfortable environment. Staff were incredibly welcoming and food choice was excellent.

Great Hotel at a very prominent location which makes easy access for all the high-end business office around in BKC, MUmbai.

Excellent service staff. Food quality in general was good. Luxurious bed and bathtub in room. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Dining menu could offer more variety. Shower temperature was hot or extremely hot. Was charged for minibar consumption upon check-out although I had none and this was quickly refunded. Staff was extremely hospitable and friendly - to the point of being slightly overwhelming. The buffet breakfast at INR 1000 (excluding taxes) was expensive.

The units are well laid out and top-notch for all other channels.
